By using Crossword Puzzle Maker ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

Shelf Indulgence grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for creating crossword puzzle books for personal and commercial publishing purposes.

3. Description of Service

Crossword Puzzle Maker is a Canva app that generates crossword puzzle book pages based on user-provided word lists and configuration settings. The App creates puzzle grids, clue pages, answer keys, and front matter formatted for print publishing.

4. Disclaimer

You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing.

While we strive to produce accurate crossword grids and correctly formatted output, the automated generation process may occasionally produce unexpected results. We recommend reviewing all puzzles, clues, and answer keys before publishing. You are also responsible for verifying that your book meets Amazon KDP or Canva Print specifications before uploading.

5. No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of generated puzzles
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with publishing platform requirements at any given time

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shelf Indulgence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Rejected manuscripts or publishing delays
• Costs of reprinting or regenerating content
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from your use of the App

7. Third-Party Services

The App operates within the Canva platform. Your use of Canva is subject to Canva's Terms of Use. We are not responsible for Canva's services, availability, or any issues arising from the Canva platform.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version with a new "Last Updated" date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
